The 2011 Ubiquitous Network Technology and Development Forum was held in Beijing on December 1st, 2011. By providing a platform for exchanges, the event aims to create future ubiquitous network and promote high-level dialogue among government, industry and academy around the world.

Deputy Director-General Xing Jijun and officers of European Division of CSTEC attended the meeting. They exchanged ideas with the participants and briefed them on China-Europe ICT Cooperation and the Open China ICT Project which will be carried out by CSTEC. The council members of the Forum expressed the willingness to participate in China-Europe ICT Cooperation.
