On November 29, Vice Minister Cao Jianlin met with Dr. Jean Lebel, President of International Development Research Center (IDRC) of Canada. The two sides exchanged views on strengthening S&T cooperation.
Mr. Ma Linying, Deputy Director General of the Department of International Cooperation of MOST, attended the meeting.
